Overview
Denis is an Associate Principal with 40+ years of experience in master planning, energy studies, project management, design/engineering, construction administration, system start-up, commissioning and company operations. He has been with the firm for 40 years. Denis leads the firm’s Commissioning Group and serves as the Commissioning Agent for a variety of project types. As a Certified Commissioning Agent (CCA), Certified Energy Manager (CEM), and LEED Accredited Professional, Denis drives the commissioning process for LEED Fundamental and Enhanced projects and custom commissioning projects. Denis has been responsible for the management and engineering of over 20 million square feet of construction, energy audits, and commissioning projects.
