The new 700,000 sf campus headquarters includes three separate facilities that are connected by a bridge. The campus is comprised of a 9-story, 540,000 sf administrative building, a 120,000 sf research and development building, a health & fitness center located on the garage roof, a stand-alone central utility plant, and a 6.5-story parking structure with 1,800 spaces.
