This position will require a good working knowledge of Cad and Revit for the preparation of floor plans showing device layouts and equipment. The successful candidates will be experienced with one-line diagrams and review of calculations for power and heat loads. Duties will also include editing specifications and development of equipment room sizes during SD and DD project phases. Will meet with vendors as needed and manage equipment scheduling. Will conduct field verification and take-offs of existing systems on renovation projects. Will work with other disciplines and resolve interference questions and meet with contractors as needed during the project. Will assist with project scope and narratives. Position requires 3 to 5 years of experience a degree is recommended but, not required, EIT and RCDD are also recommended, PE license preferred. Salary plus full benefits.
