Renovation of a 8,100 sf existing Comcast building that consists of an office, warehouse, and a small raised floor data center. This fast track project included the demolition of a majority of the interior space with the exception of the warehouse area and a complete update of the data center. The newly renovated space includes an office area and restroom.
