Two residence hall buildings with a connector bridge "portal" at two floors, containing 506 beds over 263,000 sf. The program includes mostly four-person suite layouts, common areas, lounges, and study rooms. Support spaces include laundry rooms, a loading dock, storage, vending, housekeeping, and trash and recycle rooms. The project is designed to achieve LEED Gold certification.
