Vanderweil provided complete MEP/FP services for a gut renovation of Emerson College’s Little Building, a 200,000 sf dormitory building on the Boston Common. All new MEP systems are provided to meet LEED Gold, along with expanded common room areas and a conference center. Vanderweil provided MEP/FP/LV design and LEED Administration.

Recipient of numerous awards, including the SCUP Honor Award for Excellence in Planning for a New Campus (as part of the Emerson College Campus), ACEC Engineering Excellence Awards, National Recognition, ENR New England Award of Merit, Specialty Construction, and the Preservation Achievement Award from the Boston Preservation Alliance.
