Hotel Commonwealth is a new 7-story, 125,000 sf hotel with 94 rooms. Vanderweil provided MEP/FP engineering services for an expansion to this hotel. The first three levels are parking, level four is meeting and event space with a kitchen, and floors five through seven are guest rooms. In the existing hotel, the lobby and registration areas are renovated to create a more welcoming and functional arrival experience.
