MEP/FP engineering services to transform an existing 19,000 sf food service area into a new Gordon Ramsay Food Market. While the venue maintains a cohesive look with the casino, it features six eye-catching display cooking areas and two new bars as well as updating guest seating and dining areas throughout the restaurant.
The new layout of the space required the Vanderweil team to reconfigure the electrical, plumbing, and gas distribution systems serving the display cooking areas and back-of-house kitchen. High standards for guest comfort and life safety were sustained in the renovated space with updated HVAC and fire protection systems.
