This project is a 97,000 sf, 375 bed high rise dormitory building that uses purchased steam from adjacent piano row building and includes design of chilled water plant. The bedrooms are served by fan coil units and natural ventilation. High-rise systems (stair presentation/smoke control) are required. The program includes suite-style bedrooms/bathrooms, common areas, entrance lobby.  The project achieved LEED Gold certification.
