Feasibility, concept, and full MEP/FP design and energy modeling services for a new dormitory at Lehigh University. The project was delivered in two phases with each phase comprising 140,000 sf with 375 beds. A cluster of three connected wings with residential suites and common areas located in the lower-levels.

The common spaces include assembly rooms, a laundry area, meeting rooms, a cafe, a lounge, and a fitness center. Multiple heating and cooling options were studied to determine optimal system to meet comfort, space, aesthetic and cost requirements. The project achieved LEED Silver.
