Master planning was provided for the utilities and infrastructure to support Columbia University's 30 year plan for the new Manhattanville campus whose primary focus is Science and Arts. The gross building area exceeded 6 million sf and included more than 20 individual buildings.

Also included is Conceptual Design for the following initial buildings:

• 400,000 sf Graduate School of Business
• 300,000 sf Science Building
• 60,000 sf Underground Vivarium
• 700,000 sf Underground Parking and Truck Docks
