New development comprised of 12 major components of the Medical Park, which are planned to be built in order to complete a continuum of care model. Methodist International will operate three clinical components of the Medical Park. PSCCC will build and lease nine clinical components in phases. The project includes: a central utility plan, sustainable design, 12 major components located within the 300,000 m² reserved land, and a Tertiary Care Hospital with 66,000 m² gross area.
