Design of the new 100,000 sf health sciences research building that provides space for (4) institutions under one roof; Rutgers University, Rowan University, Camden County College, and Cooper Medical School of Rowan University. The building includes research, computational, simulation laboratories in addition to collaborative amenities such as a multi-media expandable conference rooms to promote public/private research and business development in central Camden. The project is designed for LEED Silver® and received the Alliance for Action “New Jersey’s Leading Infrastructure Project” award for 2018.
