The new design-build expansion consists of a two-story, 110,000 sf vertical lab/office core and shell building addition. The building is being constructed vertically above the existing one-story building and adjacent and attached to the existing three-story building. The existing R&D laboratory buildings were recently renovated and are remaining operational during the expansion project.
