Phased repositioning of an existing 270,000 sf ten-story office building as a life science building to accommodate a multi-tenant office/lab mix.  During the first phase of the project, areas totaling approximately 80,000 sf will be converted to shelled laboratory spaces while the building remains occupied. During the second phase, additional building infrastructure will be installed to support additional laboratory tenants in the balance of the building totaling approximately 220,000 sf supporting a 50/50 laboratory/office mix.
