Performed LEED^® Fundamental Commissioning for a new 475,000 sf, three-story office and records storage facility.  Developed Commissioning plan, specifications, schedule, pre-functional and functional performance checklists for over 20 air handling units, chiller plant, desiccant dehumidification systems and building automation system. This building is LEED Certified^®.
