This project is the commissioning of a 100,000 sf chemistry and biology laboratory. The work included executing a commissioning plan with owner's facilities engineers, contractors and equipment suppliers to verify that building systems functioned per plans and specs. This involved system creating readiness checks, verifying installation, generating and executing functional performance verification checklists, verifying and documenting performance of all building systems, generation of action item lists for each system, supervising assembly of project closeout documentation as well as user and facilities personnel training.
