Commissioning services provided for Harvard’s 58,000 sf district energy facility which resides on the Allston campus. The LEED Enhanced commissioning process establishes and documents criteria for system function, performance and maintainability, and verifies and documents compliance with these criteria throughout design, construction, start-up and the initial and post period of operation. The plant included chilled water and hot water systems, cogeneration and standby generator and a 1.3 million gallon chilled water storage tank.
