Renewal of the 13-story, 1.9 million sf IMF Headquarters 1 Building. The building includes 1 million sf of office space, an open atria, common areas, multi-media rooms, meeting rooms, a cafeteria, building support systems, and parking.  Existing building systems remained operational during the phased renovation. The project is expected to achieve LEED Gold and subsequent to that a Platinum rating for the Existing Building (EB) program.
