New 200,000 sf core-and-shell science facility houses five floors of laboratory tenants and three floors of cGMP manufacturing tenants. A mid-level mechanical floor houses all the air handling equipment for the building as well as the building’s boiler plant, electrical substations and the central laboratory gas equipment.
