The existing 15-story, 680,000 sf, high-rise residential development is comprised of three wings with central services coupled with state-of-the-art residential floors and penthouses. This design-build project was designed via BIM using the Revit 2017 platform for more exacting coordination and conveyance of the design intent for the development team and contractors. Vanderweil provided MEP/FP engineering, low voltage, lighting design, sustainability, and energy modeling services for this building (architecture and engineered systems).
