This new 26-story, 292,000 sf high-rise residential and mixed-use development is comprised of three levels of parking garages, retail, gym, and central services coupled with state-of-the-art residential floors and penthouses. Vanderweil provided MEP engineering services for this building (architecture and engineered systems) designed to comply with the Stretch Energy Code (20% less energy than Code minimum performance). This project is also designed via BIM using the Revit 2012 platform for more exacting coordination and conveyance of the design intent for the development team and contractors.
