New mixed-use development totaling 800,000 sf includes two buildings for life science offices, a residential building housing 314 units, 20,000 sf of ground-floor retail, and parking. The project will place a focus on sustainable design and be geared towards young companies located in the heart of North Allston. The project will seek to meet Article 37 and LEED Silver^®.
